Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased through, not by the app itself:
Email us at renewceuapp@gmail.com. Including a screenshot and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened helps us fix it faster.
Make sure you signed in with the same method you originally used (for example, Sign in with Apple vs. Sign in with Google). Each sign-in method creates its own account, so your watchlist, formulas, and subscription live with the method you first signed up with. Sign out and back in with your original method and your data will be there.
